This was a major rehabilitation of a mixed use residential and commercial building, with a commercial parking permit for the rear garage.

Korean BBQ Gut Renovation
This was a complete interior gut renovation to transform a restaurant into a Korean BBQ Grill. This is the first ever, coal fired table top cooking restaurant on Long Island. The entire dining area was stripped down to studs, full replacement of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, updated fire alarm, fire sprinkler and Ansel extinguishing system. All design and coordination of trades were done in house.
Bakery Gut Renovation
This was a full gut renovation of the entire space to transform a karate dojo into a full service artisan bakery. All electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were completely replaced. All design, coordination and onsite construction supervision was done in house. New electrical upgraded service, increased gas service, Waste Water and Food Service permits were all done in house.
Multi-tenant to Single Corporate Occupancy
This was a multi-tenant commercial building that was transformed into a consolidated single occupancy corporate headquarters for 80 employees and management staff, including private CEO suite. All furniture layouts, ceiling design and MEP coordination was done in house.
